Hello and welcome to my personal webspace and Online Portfolio. My name is Jocelyn Robinson though online people know me better as Tsukino Hikaru. I am a young graduate who has been in the internet buzz since I first grabbed a computer and found out how to use a modem to dial onto the internet, and I've seen it grow from simple build-from-template Geocities pages to the great interactive Web 2.0 applications we see now online.

With a strong artistical and creative talent, I have always been active in online communities of all kinds, learning by myself and in college on anything and everything I wanted to know about the internet. One of my best assets is my willingness and ability to learn quickly when it comes to new technologies and programming languages.

I am also a very perfeccionist individual, and I strive for personal high goals every day. I always push myself to my limits and beyond, looking for new outlets and discovering what other talents I have hidden. A rare female geek, I enjoy not only programming and designing, but online gaming and interacting on online communities.
