I had my wisdom teeth extracted today. Following the dentist’s recommendations, I had both left molars (top and bottom) extracted, so I can still chew with my right side. I guess it’s true what they all say about that being a traumatic experience.
It started even before she really started the extraction. I jumped when she injected the local anesthesia, but after that, while she waited it to take it’s effect, I started trembling uncontrolably. My blood pressure had gone down, and that coupled to my nerviousism, I felt a bit cold and it made me tremble a lot.
Somehow I managed to calm down some so she could start the extration. The top tooth came out really quickly, and in seconds that was over with. Then came the bottom one. She had trouble loosening it, and taking it out, and apparently, it left a bigger hole, since she had to put stitches into it. The stitches were the worse part….
Once the anesthesia wore off (and till now) the bottom sector started hurting, specially when I swallow. It doesn’t feel that bloated, but it hurts like hell. Ive cried, scratched my face, racked my hair and taken Paracetamol to alleviate the pain. It still hurts.
My dad got me a movie to watch (The Manchurian Candidate) and I’ve been alone at home since the operation. My dad left with my little brother after dropping me at home and my mom and sister ran off to a friend’s house to learn how to make sushi (and of course eat it).
I don’t really feel like eating anything, since I don’t even wanna open my mouth, or move my tounge around so as not to break the stitches. There are three McSundaes in the freezer just waiting for me, but I still don’t feel like opening my mouth, although hunger has been starting to grow. I’ll probably go to sleep soon, so as not to get hungrier.
It’s the continuing pain that has kept me from sleep till this hour actually….

On the local tv as well as some other countries, Citroen has been showing a really great commercial of one of their new models transforming into a ‘transformer’ and dancing about.
Here’s a spoofed version.
Enjoy.

Which Kagerou Character Are You?
…You poor bastard.
What can I say? You’re a freak. Nobody gets you, and you don’t get them. You have some issues to deal with in your life that make it hard to keep going, but you’re like a nail that just won’t be pounded down. Sheer determination and a hearty dose of masochism are all that keep you from falling right over the edge.
Keep in mind, however, that there’s such a thing as being too attached to your own pain. There will come a time when you’ll need to learn to let go of old hurt before you’re eaten alive by it. Your results indicate that you might be helped by therapy–but chances are you’re too messed up to take my advice at the moment. All I can recommend is that you do your best to keep your head above water no matter how weird things get, and for God’s sake stay away from pointy objects!

I’ve heard this site is really good for sharing pictures, and I decided to try it out myself. While I don’t have a digital camera yet, I hope to be able to get my hands on one soon.
