Interesting invertebrates, these microscopic animals are cute! They sure do look like Water Bears… although having eight legs instead of four XD They’re called Tardigrades, and they are microscopic beings that float blissfully in water droplets on plants.
They are apparently the World’s Toughest Animal. You can shoot them into space, take them to the deepest ocean depths and let them go, deprive them of air, water, and food for years and they don’t care. Send them into the core of nuclear reactor. They’ll be fine. (link)
And if you wanna hear a really fun song about those little critters, go here. I loved it, it’s quite funny, and the voice garbled is pretty well done.
Also, Life, the Universe, and Everything explained by a Quantum Mechanic. I know some computer and mechanical engineers that might enjoy reading that little article.

Einstein demonstrated that time is relative.
But the rabbit-hole goes much deeper. Quantum physics discovered that consciousness is entangled in matter in some inexplicable ways; but other than the very fast, or very small, or very large, we tend to assume our “ordinary” reality conforms more to the laws of Newton. Simple cause and effect unfolding with clockwork constancy —well, it’s time to shatter this assumption. Let’s stop time.

It works… it really does! My take on it is what hey explain as your brain processing information at high speeds, making seconds seem longer. The more thought-processes you can go through in one second the longer you can stop the second-hand from moving. I would discard this being an optical illusion, because the things my brain is thinking when trying to stop it reflects on how long I can stop the second-hand from moving.
Don’t look directly at the clock, read the article while paying secondary attention to the clock. And you’ll see that as you read, the second-hand seems to stop, I noticed it seemed to go slower, then stop, and if I shifted my attention back to it, the second hand would jump forwar, but notsudenly, more like it resumes it’s pace quickly.

Scientists at Sandia National Laboratory generated temperatures of greater than 2 billion degrees Kelvin, hotter than the interior of the sun. To do it, they fired up their Z Machine accelerator, seen here in operation, to produce incredibly hot plasmas.
Am I the only one that thinks that pic is cool? (Although that may seem paradoxial, since the temperatures being generated in that pic are above 2 billion Kelvin…)

I’ve always had my doubts about 911. Heck, I still remember how on that day, as I saw the second plane crashing into the second tower, and heard the enws, I was laughing. Yes, laughing. Not because of the people dying, but because of the symbolism of an attack on US soil. “They had it coming.” was what I thought.
After this video, I actually feel pitty for the US citizens that are condemning themselves to live in that country, under that administration (I think the same of my home country as well, btw…) With the right to vote for your leaders, you have to just accept what that brings you right? You can’t throw garbage at the government YOU elected!
So anyways, I recommend watching that documentary. It’s an hour and 20 minutes long, but very interesting footage. I find it’s very real, well documented, and not some stunt creaated and slapped on flash, this is something I understand was aired on FOX, as well as sold as a DVD in the US. Try reading the warning at the very end, I find it quite funny too. If you don’t have time to view the whole thing, just see the first 8 minutes. It’s enough to get an idea.
Like Xae and I commented. This isn’t new stuff, it’s just very nicely presented to understand better what happened on 911. Sadly, the truth will be harder to find, since apparently, the ones who planned this attack are the ones ‘investigating’ it.

So I found another interesting video, but this time the video itself isn’t the important thing, it’s the content… It’s a video of a conference for a new game in the make. Something I find incredibly cool and promising. The game could be called EEvolution too, because of the ’story’.
Taking ideas of different sim games, from simCity to games like Age of Empires, and down to pac-man, the game has different points where it gets more and more complex. The global idea hough, is that you become God for your own universe, and from what I understand, each player is God in there, and you can interact with worlds created by other players (but not directly interact with them, from what I understood… although this game makes LAN sessions seem like something VERY fun to do).
I recommend seeing the video though, so you can see more about it, it’s 35 minutes long, but worthwhile. Hope I see this title out there soon
